Ordering

On each Details Catalog page there is a Comments/Inquiries Form for you to send us a message of that specific page and we will then contact you.  Please also include information to help us determine if we can commit to your needs and time frame.

You will receive an auto response page upon submitting, that confirms we have received you message and we will proceed with inquiries of the products
needed for your project.

We will do our best to get back to you with a quote within 1 business day. 
If we can fulfill your order, we will have communication by email and vid
chat at your convenience during the project.

There will be lots of details that we both want to be sure of and its always
an exciting venture, we want to share that with you personally!

There is also a Measurments Submit Form on every page that you can send upon
your initial inquiry, or can be sent anytime after there is a commitment in place.

Returns and Refund Policy
Please Read The Following:

If you cancel within 1 business day of your order, and nothing has been ordered
and paid for on your behalf, you will receive a full refund, there may be
a wait period depending on the policies that we follow with the company
that facilitates the transaction.

If we have already ordered and paid for your supplies, we will make our best effort to reach the suppliers and cancel with them so they can refund us, as many items
are so unique we cannot commit to using them for a project.

If we cannot cancel with the supplier, there may be up to 30% less refunded to you.

During the project if you need to cancel for any reason, you may not receive a full
refund, up to 35%  refund may be considered depending on both our situations.

After your project is completed or your have received your completed order, provided there are no quality or transit damage issues, there may be no refund.

We base this on ongoing communication during the project and your approval
upon completion and confirmation to send the finished product to you.
We are confident we will do it right the first time.

All that being said, we want you to be happy, ecstatic even, we want your project
to be everything you dreamed it would be.  So if this is not the case, every
situation will be considered individually and fairly resolved for both parties.

Payments

After our initial consultation and an agreement has been made, we will send you
an ordering form that will outline the details, and will have convenient payment
method within.  Just confirm and pay and your project order is committed.

The price quoted for your project must be paid in full at the time of ordering.

We will accept PayPal or E-transfer.

Warranty

All products come with individual care instructions that must be followed, including cleaning, use and storage, and any agreement regarding the warranty of each individual product should it differ from the following:

Stage, Performance and Theatre  products have an initial warranty of 30 days for workmanship and material defects provided to the original purchaser, owner and user, assuming care instructions were followed.  Should there be issues, the product will be repaired or replaced without cost.  If it is a community product with many users, there is no warranty past the 24 hour receiving period, which covers quality
or transit issues only.

Formals, casuals and all other regular wear products have a 1 year warranty for workmanship and material defects provided to the original purchaser, owner and user, assuming care instruction were followed.  Should there be issues, the product will be repaired or replaced without cost.

Beyond these guidelines, we are always willing to repair and maintain frequent use products, or product that you have had for years and need a fix up, because
you still love it and just can't let it go!
